What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. All items are inspected prior to being shipped to ensure there are no damages. All beaded/sequined garments are hand-sewn, therefor bead patterns may be inconsistent.  We are not responsible for minor shifts in beadwork that may take place in shipping or trying on. This is NOT considered damaged. Please be advised that beadwork/sequins can only be attached in many instances with only one thread making the dress very susceptible to bead loss during shipping and normal wear.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We offer an easy and convenient layaway plan for all dresses in-store. Please call us for more information.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa and Mastercard online, in-store, or via phone call. If you are shopping in-store, cash is also accepted as a form of payment. We do not accept checks.

Will you sell another of my dress to my school?

If you purchase a dress from us, we will make sure we don't sell another one to your school! Dress registration is currently only available in-store.

When should I start shopping for my dress?

It is never too early to start shopping! Our designers release their new lines at the beginning of the year, so we encourage you to start shopping early so you have plenty of time to look at options and decide which dress will be perfect for you.

Are your prices the same in store and online?

Yes! Our dresses are priced the same no matter which way you decide to shop. However, some sales may be online or in-store exclusive.

Do you sell gift cards?

At this time, we do not sell gift cards.
